Disclaimer of Liability
Closely Stitched creates custom personal items that cannot be modified once created. Therefore all sales are final and cannot be returned when created according to the customer’s order submitted through www.closelystitched.com. In the event that the custom items are created incorrectly at the error of Closely Stitched, Closely Stitched will promptly replace the product with a corrected version. If a replacement cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond the control of Closely Stitched, Closely Stitched will provide a full refund in the amount paid by the customer. Closely Stitched is not responsible for the loss, liability or damage of products once shipped or picked-up by the customer.
Items are labeled with instructions for washing and drying in order to maintain the fabric and embroidery. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the garment care instructions and Closely Stitched is not responsible for damage to items as a result of improper washing, drying or exposure to elements.
Intellectual Property
Customers agree to not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any products and services provided by Closely Stitched. Closely Stitched reserves the right to publish images of all custom embroidery designs on www.closelystitched.com, social media platforms, and advertising and marketing websites and printed materials. Closely Stitched may replicate custom embroidery designs for multiple customers and for use in promotional materials.
Payment
Payment is due upon checkout through www.closelystitched.com when purchasing products. Payment must be received and processed by www.closelystitched.com prior to the customization of products. Closely Stitched reserves the right to cancel any orders should payment in the full transaction amount not be received through the website.
Third-Party Tools
Closely Stitched may provide customers access to third-party tools which Closely Stitched does not monitor or control. Closely Stitched is not liable for the service or products provided by these third-party tools.
Data Protection
Closely Stitched collects personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide by the way of completed product orders, surveys, email newsletter signup, and email. It is the intent of Closely Stitched to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested and any additional uses specifically provided on this site. All data will be guarded under the policies set forth in the Closely Stitched Privacy Policy.
Delivery Terms
Customers must select delivery type upon checkout. Closely Stitched provides flat-rate shipping through the United States Postal Service. Items will be shipped within three weeks of ordering. This allows for the personalizing and shipping of products. The customer will receive an email notification when items are shipped. Closely Stitched is not responsible for services provided by the United States Postal Service and cannot guarantee delivery once products have been shipped.
Closely Stitched provides a Palm Beach Gardens, Florida pick-up option at no cost. Items will be ready for pick-up in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida within three weeks of ordering. This allows for the personalizing of products and arrangement of pick-up date and time. The customer will receive an email notification when items are ready for pick-up. When agreeing to the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida pick-up option, the customer agrees to coordinate a pick-up date and time with Closely Stitched. Once that date and time is confirmed the customer agrees to make all possible efforts to pick up at that time. If the customer is unable to pick-up items at the agreed upon time, Closely Stitched will work with the customer to arrange a second pick-up date and time within the next two weeks. If the customer is still unable to pick-up items, Closely Stitched will keep the items for six months from the first pick-up date. After this six month period, Closely Stitched is not required to retain the items and the customer forfeits the items.
Product Warranty
Closely Stitched does it best to ensure all products are in-stock and ready for order. In the event that an item listed on www.closelystitched.com is purchased but the order cannot be fulfilled, Closely Stitched will contact the customer at the email address provided through the order form to allow the customer an option of modifying or cancelling the order at no penalty to the customer. Closely Stitched reserves the right to limit the amount of an order and the quantity of products.
Closely Stitched makes every effort to display the color, size and material of products as accurately as possible on the website. Closely Stitched cannot guarantee the accuracy of each customer’s computer display and thereby are not responsible for a misrepresentation of our products due to the customer’s computer display.
Closely Stitched reserves the right to modify the price of products and discontinue products or services without notice at any time. Closely Stitched is not liable to you or any third-party for the modification or discontinuation of products or services.
