Shipping

Please allow 3 weeks for the personalizing and packaging of your order.  You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up or shipped. 

All orders are shipped using USPS flat-rate shipping.

The local pick-up location is in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.   When your order is ready for pick up, we will email you to arrange a pick-up date and time. 

Returns

All sales are final.  Personalized items are eligible for return only if there has been an error made in the embroidery.  Closely Stitched is not responsible for customization errors made at time of purchase.
